Start with clean, completely dry hair. Apply a curl-enhancing cream and heat protectant.

Heat wand to 175–200°C (adjust lower for fine hair).

Work in sections — clip the top half of your hair up.

Wrap a 3–5 cm section around the barrel away from your face, holding for 8–12 seconds.

Slide the wand out gently and hold the curl in your palm for 5 seconds as it cools — this sets the shape.

Once all curls are done, tousle gently with fingers and finish with a light-hold hairspray.
