We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product colours, textures, or appearances on your screen will exactly match the physical product, as this may vary by device and monitor settings.
- All hair extensions are made from 100% human hair unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Product weights, lengths, and bundle quantities are approximate and may vary slightly.
- Limited-edition and flash-sale items may not be available for re-order.
3. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in the displayed currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at checkout are final.
- Payment methods: We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be cleared before your order is processed.
- Failed payments: Orders with failed or unverified payments will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the locations listed on our Shipping page. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 business days.
5. Returns & Refunds

- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused, and unaltered condition with packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, hair extensions that have been installed, washed, altered, dyed, or chemically processed cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom-made and final-sale items are non-returnable.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
