Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We regularly run free shipping promotions — check the homepage banner or subscribe to our newsletter.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after 12:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Log in to My Account → My Orders at any time to view the latest status. If tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees in the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. We cannot undervalue shipments or mark them as gifts.
Occasionally, items in one order may ship in separate parcels for faster delivery. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel at no extra charge.
