How long will my extensions last?
With proper care, our extensions can last 2–4 years or longer. The lifespan depends on how often you wear the hair, how you wash it, and how well you maintain it.
Do you sell wigs or only bundles?
We sell both wigs and bundles. Depending on availability, you can shop ready-to-wear wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and other hair extensions.
How do I know which hair texture is best for me?

Hair Care & Styling
Can the hair be washed?
Yes. Our hair can be washed with mild shampoo and conditioner. We recommend washing gently, avoiding harsh products, and allowing the hair to air dry when possible.
Can I curl, straighten, or style the hair?
Yes. Our raw human hair can be curled, straightened, and styled with heat tools. For best results, always use a heat protectant and avoid applying too much heat too often.
Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes, our hair can be dyed or bleached. However, we recommend getting it done by a professional hairstylist to protect the quality and texture of the hair.
How should I take care of my hair extensions?
Always detangle gently from the ends upward, wash with mild products, avoid excessive heat, and store the hair properly when not in use. Good care helps maintain the softness and lifespan of the hair.
Does the hair shed or tangle?
All hair experiences minimal shedding or tangling depending on how it is handled. With proper care, our hair remains soft, manageable, and long-lasting.
Can I sleep with my wig or extensions on?
You can, but we recommend wrapping the hair with a silk or satin bonnet before sleeping. This helps reduce friction, tangling, and dryness.

How do I place an order?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Greater Accra: 1–2 business days. Other Ghana regions: 2–5 business days. West Africa: 5–10 business days. UK/USA/Europe: 7–14 business days. Orders placed before 12pm GMT on weekdays are dispatched same day.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available depending on your location and the time your order is placed. Customers in Accra may contact us to confirm availability before placing an urgent order.
Do you deliver outside Accra?
Yes. We deliver to customers outside Accra and across Ghana. Delivery time and cost may depend on your location.
How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Hair that has been installed, washed, or chemically processed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact our support team immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
