• Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo every 10–14 days to keep the hair clean and hydrated.
• Deep condition after every wash using a moisturising conditioner — leave in for 10–15 minutes before rinsing.
• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, always working from ends to roots.
• Always apply a heat protectant spray before flat-ironing or curling to preserve the hair cuticle.
• Avoid sleeping with wet hair — braid or twist into a loose plait before bed and cover with a satin bonnet or pillowcase.
• Do not use heavy oils or greasy products near the root or weft — this loosens the bundles over time.
• Store on a clean hanger or in a silk bag when not in use to prevent tangling and dust build-up.

The number of bundles you need depends on the length and desired fullness. Use this guide:

• 10" – 14" (short): 2 bundles for a natural look; 3 bundles for extra fullness.
• 16" – 20" (medium): 3 bundles recommended for a full, voluminous style.
• 22" – 26" (long): 3–4 bundles to maintain density from root to tip.
• 28" and above: 4 bundles minimum — longer hair appears thinner without enough bundles.
