  • We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers and authorities described in Section 5.
  • Payments are handled by Paystack payment gateway. Haircode does not store your full card details or mobile money PIN – confirm.

This Privacy Policy explains how Haircode ("Haircode", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit www.haircodegh.com, shop with us, book an appointment, or contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.

Haircode is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We operate in Ghana and handle your information in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

  • Authorities, where we are required to do so by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. Our service providers may only use it to provide services to us and must protect it.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to promotions, we may contact you by email about new products, offers and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent will not affect service messages about your orders, such as delivery updates.

No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account password confidential.
